Unveiling the Story of Flower of Elegance
The tulip is the companion of the Turks. It has spread from Central Asia to the lands of Anatolia alongside the Turks. With its primarily red delicate petals, the tulip represents uniqueness and nobility. It has found a significant place in Turkish art. It is widely used in miniatures, tiles, embroidery, and literature. The tiles of the Rustem Pasha Mosque, designed by Architect Sinan, showcase some of the most beautiful examples of tulip motifs.
Although the tulip is considered a scentless flower, it has a very subtle fragrance that can be detected by bowing down in front of it. In our design, we have adorned our pen with the Istanbul Tulip motif, characterized by its pointed tips and its true red color.
